1) We will have at least 5 young entrepreneurs emerge and drive profitable divisions in the company. Each of these leaders will be transitioned from DDSSL Payroll in their own businesses. At least two of these businesses will have their own brick and mortar independent operations.

2) Our Group Company's total strength of full-time + part time team will reach at least 90.

3) We will lead the Open Source revolution in Ahmedabad and become the most talked about company of 2008 in Gujarat in Open Source space. Our upcoming Training division OpenKick Technologies will be profitable in its first year itself.

4) At least 3 of our young business leaders will become instant celebrities because of the products they have developed in our labs. Each of these products will have registered user base of 5000+ in each of them in 2008.

5) We will become one of the top 10 RoR Companies in India and will continue to be No 1 Drupal Company in Asia.

6) We will become truly Global company with official entities registered in US, Canada, UK and Australia under brand name Gloscon (Global Software Consulting).

7) Services and Verticals revenues in Drupal, Ruby on Rails and Hosted Solutions will grow organically and inorganically primarily through strong partnerships with high end web development companies Globally

8) At least 2 Gujarat's universities departments will undertake research projects for us and work closely with us.

9) We will win at least 2 Entrepreneur/Biz Plan awards in 2008.

10) Growth in company will come inside out with young leaders as our change champions as we continue to - Consult -> Innovate -> Migrate - (continue to work in nextgen technologies).

All of the above will equate to at least another 5x appreciation in our stock valuation in 2008 itself.
